Classes are designed to suit beginners, regular yoga students and advanced practitioners. I am happy to chat to you about the classes so if you have any questions, please let me know…

  • Yoga mats are available in the studio for use, but please do bring your own mat if you have one

  • Blocks, bolsters and other props are provided for the classes

  • We recommend hydrate yourself to promote recovery, improve flexibility and support your overall health and wellbeing

  • Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach, if only so you don’t feel sick when you bend over. Don’t have anything to eat before morning classes and nothing to eat for a few hours before an evening class

  • There is no uniform for yoga, please wear whatever you feel comfortable in and allows you to move freely

  • Please be respectful of others in the studio, leave your shoes at the door and enter and leave quietly

  • The most important point: Please leave your ego at the door!! Yoga is a journey for yourself, it is NOT a competition so please don’t compare yourself to anyone else, just be ok with where you are in your journey. Also note that where you are will change day to day, even now I frequently have days where my practice is up and down.
